Shipping & returns

We hope you love your Hasanarah piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To begin your return, please email info.hasanarah@gmail.com with your name and order number. Our team will provide instructions on how to complete the return process.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or fragrance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
